    The school library is a valuable resource that fosters knowledge, promotes lifelong learning, and nurtures creativity and imagination. It plays a crucial role in empowering students to succeed in an information-driven society and helps them develop into responsible citizens.
*   It provides a supportive environment for students to prepare for classes, examinations, projects, and competitions.

*   Our well-stocked library offers a diverse range of books, including textbooks, fiction, encyclopaedia's, storybooks, novels, and periodicals. These resources inspire and engage students, encouraging learning and exploration.

*   Autobiographies of great leaders and influential figures serve as a source of inspiration, motivating students to strive for excellence.

*   The library is a place for students to enhance their knowledge and broaden their horizons, supporting both academic and personal growth.

*   Students are encouraged to responsibly use the library's resources and enjoy its rich collection of learning materials.

 

Library rules for both students and teachers:

For Students:

  1. 1.    Library Hours: Follow the library's opening and closing hours. Respect the designated times for borrowing and returning books.
  2. 2.    Book Borrowing:  

            *  Only one book may be borrowed at a time, and students must return it on the due date.

            *  Students are encouraged to handle books carefully to avoid damage.

  3. 3.    Respect Silence: Maintain a quiet environment for the benefit of all users.

        4.    Study at Home : Students are allowed to carry books to home and study.

  1. 5.    Handling Books: Treat all books with care. Defacing or tearing pages will result in penalties.
  2. 6.    Loss of Books: If a book is lost or damaged, the student must pay the cost of the book.
  3. 7.    Library Conduct: Be respectful to others in the library. Avoid loud conversations and unnecessary noise.
  4. 8.    Library Etiquette: Do not remove books or materials from library shelves without taking permission from Librarian.

For Teachers:

  1. 1.    Encourage Library Use: Motivate students to utilize the library for research, reading, and study purposes.
  2. 2.    Respect Library Resources: Treat all library resources (books, magazines, computers, etc.) with respect and care.
  3. 3.    Supervise Students: Monitor students while they are in the library to ensure they follow the rules and maintain a productive environment.
  4. 4.    Borrowing Privileges: Teachers are allowed to borrow books for a longer duration, but they should return them promptly.
